Partnership working is a critical element in the successful delivery of support for people with mental illness and we recognise it as a key component in ensuring real outcomes for the users of all our services, delivered seamlessly through our personalised support planning process.
We view support planning as a multi-agency task and ensure that it is always linked to other services and professionals, including, statutory, social and community services. This enables service user to have choice, be in control of social interaction with other agencies and representatives, who may be able to partake in the delivery of outcome targets, referenced in their personalised support plan. This is crucial to ensuring all of the areas of support needs identified by the service user are addressed, including cultural, social and personal. It also allows staff to identify service gaps in terms of other resource agencies necessary to ensure service user goals are realised.
Pro Support has existing relationships with a wide range of social organisations in Rochdale and Greater Manchester. From the outset, our Support Manager will liaise with commissioners to map any additional relevant stakeholders and named resource contacts to build network, forge joint-working and an efficient referrals process into social opportunities for service users.

Pro Support is a registered domiciliary care services provider with Care Quality Commission (CQC), the regulator of health and social care services, and comply with CQC’s essential standards of quality and safety.
Each individual we support has a user specific support plan which is put together with those that are familiar with existing routines and needs. Each plan is arranged on your terms and is designed to meet existing preferences for medications, meals and eating times and favoured activities. And as needs change, a one-to-one support plan offers the flexibility to change with those needs.

At Pro Support we strive to meet and exceed the standards set down in the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activity). All our supported living and domiciliary care services are registered with the care quality commission.

Our Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for carrying out regular audits and inspections of all our care and support services. Our annual audit plan, ensures that we have an effective framework in place to meet statutory and regulatory responsibilities and requirements.
